All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to VDLP and the MDLP. No material from www.vdlp-online.org, www.mdlp.org ,or any Internet site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by the Vail Distance Learning Program or the Mesa Distance Learning Program may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.

In the event software is downloaded from www.vdlp-online.org and/or www.mdlp.org, the software, including any files or images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to individual students by us or third-party licensors for personal, noncommercial home use as a student only. We do not transfer title from the Software to students.

While students may own the medium on which the Software is recorded, the Vail Distance Learning Program and/or Mesa Distance Learning Program (or third-party licensors) retain full and complete title to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein. Anyone downloading the Software may not redistribute, sell, de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software.
