08/18/2008: PIMA CLASSES @ UA TECH PARK Pima College is offering Fall classes at the UA Science and Technology Park. For more information about PCC classes, go to www.pima.edu/schedule. 08/18/2008: ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS - ON SALE NOW Entertainment books are on sale for $35.00. They will be available in the front office until, Friday, Ausut 29th. 08/18/2008: COLLEGE TESTING DATES Important testing dates are fast approaching. They are as follows: 08/18/2008: AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING After school tutoring is now being offered from 2:45-4:15 on Mondays – Thursdays for specific subjects. Following is our current schedule and may be subject to change. 08/11/2008: Lunch prices As of Tuesday, August 12, 2008 - school lunch prices will increase to $2.25. 08/08/2008: AIMS Tuition Waiver Are you looking at your options after high school? Would you like to attend a University in the State of Arizona, but can’t afford it? There is an incredible opportunity out there for you! 08/08/2008: LUNCH ACCOUNTS You can access your child's Sodexho lunch account online(school lunch not UA cafeteria). Check their balance, view lunch activity, recent deposits and make deposits online. Go to www.MyMealTime.com, create a new account and follow the instructions. 08/08/2008: Please Help Us... Just a friendly reminder that we've been asked by the park to make sure that students are not picked up or dropped off in the loop in front of our building. Please pick up and drop off your student in the parking lot that the buses use.
08/04/2008: Safe Schools Hotline The Vail School District has a Safe Schools Hotline. If you or your child would like to report an activity that could threaten the safety of our students, you can leave an anonymous message at 879-1111. Of course you can still call the individual schools directly, but should you wish your report to be anonymous the Hotline is available. 03/09/2008: Mr. Adams named Teacher of Year at F.I.R.S.T Robotics Regional Today, Vail High School's own Mr. Adams was awarded the Teacher of the Year award at the F.I.R.S.T. Robotics Arizonal Regional 2008 Competition. This award comes as a result of nominations done by the students who had to write an essay and submit it during a very hectic season spent preparing the Boxerbot for competition. We are very proud of Mr. Adams and his well deserved recognition. Congratulations Mr. Adams and go Team 1828!! 02/28/2008: Robotics Our team, 1828, has been selected as the official webcasting team of this year's AZ regional March 6-8.
